Hello, and thank you for visiting!  I've lived in Austin since 1991 and have managed, led, and performed on vocals, bass and guitar in well-known Austin bands since 1991.   I graduated with an Associates of Arts in Communications from Austin Community College as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

In 2016 while shopping for a new home for myself and my doggies,  I saw a necessity for real estate agents who were willing to work hard to get hard working people into great homes.   So I  added Realtor®, and then GRI (The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) followed by SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) to my resume so I could confidently fill that need.

I enjoy helping Buyers and Sellers all over Austin and the surrounding area.   Most of my life I’ve chosen to live in and play in and enjoy all things South and Southwest Austin, so naturally I combined my love of all things "south of the river" and the excitement of watching my little "neck of the woods" down Menchaca Road growing in ways exciting to singles, families, young and old and becoming it's own all-inclusive pocket of Austin inspired me to start my "Get SoMe Austin" (South Menchaca) buzzletter and my SoMe Austin (South Menchaca) area facebook page in 2019.

This area can be a great choice if you want to stay close to the vibe and heart of downtown Austin, but still want a slower-paced neighborhood feel.  The best part - there are still some quite affordable options that I'd love to share with you.

Please let me know if I can help with any real estate needs or questions.

Thank you and I look forward to helping you find home!
